About the Role
We are seeking energetic and persuasive Sales Promoters to represent our leading FMCG brands at key retail outlets and promotional events. Your primary goal will be to drive product visibility, engage customers directly, and increase sales through impactful in-store demonstrations and promotions.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Product Awareness: Actively promote assigned FMCG products (e.g., beverages, snacks, household items, personal care) to customers in supermarkets, hypermarkets, and other retail points.

In-Store Execution: Set up attractive promotional displays, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and demonstration stations as per brand guidelines.

Product Sampling & Demonstration: Conduct engaging product tastings, demonstrations, and presentations to highlight key features and benefits.

Customer Engagement: Approach shoppers, generate interest, answer questions, and overcome objections to influence purchase decisions.

Stock & Merchandising: Ensure adequate promotional stock is available on the shelf, maintain flawless product facing, and report stock levels.

Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to all in-store rules and hygiene standards. Submit daily reports on sales, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

Brand Representation: Serve as the friendly face of the brand, embodying its values and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience as a sales promoter, brand ambassador, or in a customer-facing retail role is a strong advantage. Experience in FMCG is a plus.

Personality: Outgoing, confident, and energetic with a passion for sales and people.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in [e.g., English and local language].
